Events Spring 2009
|
We support the celebration of young people’s achievements through performances. This includes events organised by the Croydon Schools Music Association and Croydon Schools Dance Association, the annual Youth Music Showcase at Fairfield and an annual festival organised and promoted by young people themselves as part of their Creative and Media Diploma.
The Croydon Music and Arts events for the current term are as follows;
Mayor’s Charity Concert Sunday 7 March 6.00pm String, Woodwind and Brass Workshops (and guests from small group tuition, endangered species centre and Wind SoundStart gifted and talented) with LMP
Croydon Youth Jazz Band Sunday 7 March, afternoon (time to be confirmed)
Croydon Youth Guitar Ensemble Sunday 7 March, afternoon (time to be confirmed)
CSMA Infant Festival Monday 15 March
CSMA Junior Festival Tuesday 16 March
CYM Stage Band Tuesday 16 March, 5.30 – 6.30 (time to be confirmed)
